2022 Reveal Twitch crab pet drop - never received

Hi,

I’ve been receiving Bethesda ESO Twitch drops since March 2021. I watched the 2022 Reveal and received a Twitch message that I’m now eligible to get the pet crab. But when I go to the inventory page, it shows that I need to watch the reveal again!

My PSN account is linked. I do know that in the reveal the hosts said they were having problems with drops. After a few days without my drop, I’m guessing we’ll never get our crab.

I sent a support request to Twitch, but they basically referred to you folks.

What can I do to get my crab?
