In Game Cinematics/Cutscenes + Opening Logo's Video Not Playing

Just getting back into ESO at the moment, and having a bit of a strange issue. First one is when I launch the game, the audio plays find, but the video for the opening logos don't display until it gets to the Havok one, when it does show.
Also any in game cinematic or cutscene does not play the video, but I can hear the audio in the background.
Also getting this issue when you select a destination from the tutorial room and it plays a cutscene, I get the audio but the video freezes
I have a really good PC and all drivers etc are up to date, tried repairing game files etc, still not working. Playing on PC via the standalone launcher.

@ZOS_BillE That thread had hardly any information, but I tried turning Multithreaded rendering off and it did not fix the issue.

I found issue to be your implementation of DLSS / DLAA enabled that causes cutscenes to not play the video, only the audio. This has been reported multiple times as per below, but is still not fixed:

That's why I came to the forums today. I wanted to find out if Zenimax has done anything to address the issue on a technical level. The only action I have seen so far is to quickly close and lock any threads addressing this bug. Zenimax could learn a lot about forum moderation and customer service from Blizzard, and that is quite a sad comment.

Exactly, it seems to have been brought up numerous times, but could not find it anywhere on the Dev Tracker to say that are looking into it, and on this thread here https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/590481/play-cinematic-button-in-character-select-menu-not-working the official final response was "Thank you for updating the thread to let us know that using NVIDIA DLSS or DLAA prevents the cinematic from playing. With the issue now resolved, we will be closing the discussion."

The issue IS NOT resolved, yet they close the discussion?

As an update, I opened a support ticket for this and got this response eventually after speaking with 6 different support agents:

After review, I was able to see that the developers are aware of an issue where the Anti-Aliasing: DLSS and DLAA prevent ESO cinematics from playing. This issue is expected to be resolved in a future update. Please feel free to keep an eye out on our website for future patch notes and updates.
