Hello, I'm posting for one of my friends since they don't have a forum account.
They sent a ticket over 5 days ago with no response to it (not even an automatic one) about suddenly being unable to use guild traders, chat or trade with other players.
They're wondering if there's any updates on the situation? Their ticket number is 211223-004421
