Hello, I'm posting for one of my friends since they don't have a forum account.
They sent a ticket over 5 days ago with no response to it (not even an automatic one) about suddenly being unable to use guild traders, chat or trade with other players.

We can confirm this ticket has been received, however please be aware that replying to a ticket multiple times will move it to the end of the line and delay the response time. Because of this, we recommend only responding to a ticket as necessary.
