My friend cant access his eso account. He cant log into the website and he cant log into the game. They have submitted a ticket but it has been a long time and they have had no reply. They didnt even get the standard automated reply.

Can someone please contact their email. I know you cant talk to me about it due to privacy but can you please at least contact them by email and tell them what is going on or if it is going to ever be looked at.

The event is ticking away and he wants to know whats going on.
