Constant disconnects on Xbox NA

i cannot for the life of me stay connected. When I choose a character, instant log off. When I join a campaign, wait several hours to join said campaign, I get a black screen instead of a loading screen, and then I lag out of the game, losing my queue spot. When I try going into any instanced building (my house being an example), I lag out of the game. Clearly, it is not my internet because I am able to stay connected on my other games. Is there a fix coming or not?

    What do I do if I am disconnected on Xbox One with the error message "Unable to Connect to Server. Please Check Your Internet Connection"?

    Deleting the local save data may also help in resolving this issue.

    To delete save data on the Xbox One:
    1. Go to Games.
    2. Highlight The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited tile and press the [Menu] button of the controller.
    3. Select Manage Game.
    4. Highlight and select Save Data for the desired user.
    5. Select Delete.
    6. You'll be prompted to confirm deletion of this game save data:
      • Choose "Delete Everywhere" This will remove your saved data from this console, the cloud, and all other consoles you play on

    If none of these help, you can contact customer support for additional assistance.

    Won't deleting my save data remove everything from my account? I don't want to lose everything that I worked hard for, after all! Although, I'm assuming that it is account-based, rather than an actual save file... Please correct me if I am wrong on that.

    Deleting the local save data will not affect the characters on your ESO account, as that information is stored on our servers.
