I've submitted this as a bug ticket (it never occurred to me to screen shot the bug report I submitted) but there has still been no resolution on this. I'm turning to the forums in the event that there is more I should have done, or should be actively doing.

Bottom line: I saved up my monthly crowns from my ESO + membership to buy the Crown Store Crafting Motif 34: Assassins League Style. Everything seemed fine, but the item never shows up. I thought maybe I'd misunderstood the purchase process and it was simply added to my character. So I checked my in game mail (not there), checked under my crafting menus (not unlocked), checked the outfit station options (not unlocked), etc. In short, I never got it.

I've submitted this in-game as "bug report" and under the "ask for help" however both suggest I will not be contacted for follow up on this issue. So how do I even know it didn't fall off the face of the earth.... along with my crowns and purchased motif?

I know the transaction completed because it certainly took my 3000 crowns but I never got anything for it.

If someone can help with this, I'd really appreciate it
