So I'm asking for help here, since your ticketing system has the inability to do anything.
I accidentally purchased the Treasure Hunter personality on PC/NA last night; I would like you to remove it from my inventory and return my crowns (ESO plus subscriber, so it was slightly discounted, for reference).
The reason I'm doing this here is when I went into the help-requesting system in game, I went to "have a problem with crown store item" but it did not give me any space to write this information. It just submitted the ticket. And the subsequent emails I received telling me that I didn't put this information and their "instructions" did not help. I responded to those emails and received an email back that said "you sent this to the wrong email, send it to the original email sender."
WHICH I HAD.
So, I'm hoping you can help me fix this -- what I thought was a minor issue -- this way.
