200923-006565) with "Status: Customer Response Required" that didn't have any info about my issue, and I haven't heard anything more. I purchased "The Elder Scrolls® Online: Greymoor™ Digital Standard Edition" from the ESO Store (Order #: WKLGYLHD9LYA7A7) in the hopes to gift to my brother, but it appears that's not possible?
