Ticket followup. Confused
Hi ZOS and fellow players,
I have submitted a ticket beginning of august.
A week ago i got a reply (after a month) from ZOS and they said they will look into the matter at hand and get back to me.
I didnt reply to the email becuase i thought it would go to the back of the queue.
Could i get an update regarding my ticket and should i reply to the email i received?
Or should i wait longer and let zos do their thing?
