Bought Greymoor from cdkeys - it was active for 2 months and now it has been removed from my account

Hello,

Basically the subject.

Bought Greymoor, played it for some time and now it suddenly became inactive on my account. Still have the receipt, redemption code, everything...

When I am contacting ZOS customer support, they are replying like a broken record "contact retailer" and totally ignore the core message of my emails as "WHY SHOULD I CONTACT RETAILER" and what can the retailer actually tell me without any feedback from ZoS as to what has actually happened.

Is this bad customer service, negligence or just theft from ZoS?

Basically the question:
Has anyone experienced anything similar? How have you resolved it?
Should I just contact EU Buyer protection immediately?

    If you want a ZOS rep to check on it, they usually request the ticket#.

    Though one thing to caution you about: you don't want to do a chargeback that will impact ZOS. They tend to ban accounts for chargebacks and it's almost certainly easier and less time consuming to just work it out with Support the first time.

    I do have a question though, was your entire game inactive or was it only the DLC? A friend gifted me greymoor and said they got it from CDKeys not too long ago, I just want to know how long I have left with my character because im afraid of losing them from a ban.

    Any response would be amazing, thank you.
