Basically the subject.
Bought Greymoor, played it for some time and now it suddenly became inactive on my account. Still have the receipt, redemption code, everything...
When I am contacting ZOS customer support, they are replying like a broken record "contact retailer" and totally ignore the core message of my emails as "WHY SHOULD I CONTACT RETAILER" and what can the retailer actually tell me without any feedback from ZoS as to what has actually happened.
Is this bad customer service, negligence or just theft from ZoS?

Basically the question:
Has anyone experienced anything similar? How have you resolved it?
Should I just contact EU Buyer protection immediately?
