Need a refund, can't log into support
I need to request a refund. Your account management messed up and charged my card an extra time for ESO +. I was trying to buy it for myself and someone else and there is a third, extra charge on my bank statement. When I log into the site, I have no problems. But when I try to open a ticket, it asks me to log in again for some reason and nothing happens when I enter my info and attempt to log in. It just doesn't do anything.
