False Purchase on Greymoor DLC

I tried purchasing the Greymoor DLC Collector Digital Edition and it charged me for the regular edition and now I got a second charge for the collector edition as well...I submitted a ticket and have yet to receive a reply even though its a technical issue from you guy's end. I just want to keep the collector edition and be refunded from the regular edition and I didn't receive the pre-purchase items as well. My ticket number is #200610-007158.
