Yesterday I have paid for Greymoor™ Digital Collector’s Edition Upgrade but not received this update and no any email notifications.
Money was debited from my card.
Today my account updated and I received the Greymoor update. Purchasing history also updated with latest purchase. Purchase confirmation were not sent to my email automatically, but sent after manual request in billing history.
This purchase is for my second account. First account I have successfuly upgraded to Greymoor. But on second account I have paid, but received nothing. My account not show any billing information and not show that I have upgraded to Greymoor.
