Where are keybinds saved?

Which directory are they in? Somehow I have remapped my escape key and cannot access settings menu. Help please

ESO keybindings are saved server-side and should persist from one location to the next. If your keybindings fail to save for any reason, we recommend resetting all bindings back to their default.

From the key bindings menu, we recommend resetting both Keyboard and Gamepad defaults.

Select R to load keyboard defaults
Select F to load gamepad defaults

I can't get to the keybindings menu because I have lost the escape key binding - that's the whole point to this post ! @ZOS_BillE

There are some different suggestions posted in the thread below for remapping the ESC key or getting access back to the keybindings menu.
