Yea that change doesnt makes to much sense, i mean yes you can heal great currently too with pelinals so if you gonna replace pelinals with a +max health(tank) set you could tank pretty good but i thats exactly what i mean, its still somewhat strange on a werewolf to focus on tank [but without a taunt], while they clearly dont want werewolves as tanks [or they'd have added a taunt].
There is this one set where you use a charge ability it taunts the enemy. But I can’t remember if it works on werewolf pounce.

Really good changes all around. Sload’s seems undernerfed though. Needs more.
I don't stack stamina and WPD on werewolf , only noobs do that .
My point is that the heal scales too much with max health and it will be 100000% nerfed before it goes live , and we all know how ZO$ handle the nerfes.

So you are saying that ww is dead because it got a big buff to the heal which means that its going to get nerfed?

1:
Blood Rage: This ability now increases the timer of your Werewolf Transformation when you deal damage, rather than when you take damage. It adds 2/4 seconds to your timer with a 5 second cooldown.
2: Hircine’s Bounty: This ability and its morphs now heal based on your Max Health; Hircine’s Bounty and Hircine’s Rage heal for 45% of your Max Health, while Hircine’s Fortitude heal for 60% of your Max Health. this is completely broken , they need to revrse this IDIOTIC change.
Because PvErs QQ that WW suck in PVE , now WW will be average in PVE and trash in PVP .
R.I.P.
They werent any good in PvP anways.I always said they need a buff...
They are great in pvp.

Sometimes.
Not so much when you get hit with seven lethal arrows and poison injections.

"We improve werewolves by making the heal EVEN worse, and remove the only ability you have to CC other players". Don't you tire yourselves, ZOS? It's like about saying things "if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything". We werewolves could deal with all the flaws, but now WW will literally be unplayable - literally. Why? Why are you doing things like these? I'm really running thin of reasons to keep playing this game, really really thin. As much as I love the Elder Scrolls world and lore, and as much as I love(d) this game, but there are limits to all the crap I'm putting up with. It's like you WANT people to get upset, and quit playing? Just cancel the whole game right away if that's your problem. It's like you want enough people to quit, so that you can do with and just say "Nobody was playing anyway". Shame.
The two most common points in the Werewolf feedback thread were not enough healing and too short a transformation duration.
They solved these issues by nerfing the healing and making the transformation harder to keep.
Why are you complaining?

They buffed the fear, the other CC ability that should be your main CC anyway, in my humble opinion.
Also WW will not be unplayable at all, just less deep to build.

They didn't really "nerf" the heal, they made it "easy-mode" "one size fits all".
Now you can't have a great heal (pelinal) nor a *** heal (low spell damage / max magicka)
Transformation timer will now be easy mode in PvE and not very different in PvP

Yay! No more being torn to shreds by dogs in PvP. Whew...

You will be, more than ever. Because now any stambuild can slot werewolf and kick your ass. No need for carefully crafted werewolf build.
Look at what's coming at you :

Calling ww dead after a big buff because you think that its going to get nerfed is silly. If we follow this logic then every buff in the game should be considered a nerf because it may be nerfed in the future.Peekachu99 wrote: »Or maybe you actually have to put some health into your weapon damage/ stamina stacked toon? Exactly what I am saying ,
and also Werewolf damage output can no longer be sustained if you want to have SURVIVABILITY , because you need Big health pool and also decent Magika pool for those 4k cost heals with high magicka recovery ,, so good luck to you finding 2 5 piece sets giving you magicka sustain , max health and decent damage output.
I spend several hours in Dungeons yesterday with my Werewolf on PTS
1. Devour is still trash and hard to use .
2. you cannot sustain your Timer only with dealing damage ( unlike the live version when u can sustain it with just taking damage)
3. Werewolf light attack animation is buggy asf if you use animation canceling

Hi Rouder,
To have high tooltip on Hircines requires Pelinals, to fuel hircines requires prisoners so it's the only viable set that will allow you to start with a burst of 3 then consistently use it while kiting the enemy, no other set provides that level of capability which ties WW healing completely to those two sets.
The change proposed by ZOS removes the abilities tie to SD / Mag and so frees WW up for one full gear set but ties the capacity of the heal to your current HP.
In it's current form a 25K HP wolf in cyro will heal tooltip with the 45% and 15K if you use the 60% version that's a full 5/1/1 medium setup using stam glyphs on an orc so you have a very high damage output and you can use one of the other amazing full five sets to make yourself hit even harder. Considering you'll probably be playing this configuration in a group which will most likely give you major brutality or via potion you can easily get a 15K tooltip on a very high damage output build. Most dps classes would be extremely happy to have that while they're running three sheets to the wind for damage.
With a 5/1/1 heavy build you can easily clip 30K health and get 13.5K and 18K respectively from above you're losing 12%WD and crit but other than that you maintain full combat effectiveness from the pre change so you're still hitting pretty hard. Non shield spammers can't ignore you given you have major and potentially minor defile, even shield spammers with instant fear + piercing howl with defiles will have problems dealing with you.
Given the current Rune Cage + burst from sorcs and the sloads brigades running around I would think that any solo wolves would be running the 30K heavy build option and will really enjoy the health based heal and the freedom to use another five set piece bonus.
I know I will.

11.5 and 13.5 tooltips for the heal from current form is 8-9k less than I’m running now.
So unless I run 45k health I won’t heal for the same. Yea I can do more damage or run Tanky set to change that but do you really want 60k health Werewolf builds in pvp all day healing for 20k? Just stunning.
