    Don't even have the helmet. Just think it's kinda *** that you're ignoring this when you said there would be some communication. Even "*** off" would be more useful.

    seems pretty clear the status is: IGNORED

    they probably dealt with their side of things by removing that and any other placeholder/testing sets from the table that Golden draws from, and since they told the interested playerbase that it was a mistake so please don't buy it, they're pretty much over the whole thing.

    what we can do is try to pick up hints from this? like how it probably indicates that the Golden's items aren't manually and deliberately chosen by a person. (maybe that's already common knowledge, and only i'm learning this.) some of us can also learn that sometimes people have to go back on something that seemed like the right thing to say at the time, and sometimes explaining the whys of this decision simply isn't worth the trouble, and take the opportunity to improve our ability to cope with disappointment. it's a healthy thing to do.

    Dude, it's the helmet from Spindle 1. You can clear that while facerolling. You can get that with minimal effort.

    No, it looks like the same set but it is a different one.

    Golden vendor items are not hand picked and are RNG generated as far as I read on the forums (if it is on the forums,it must be true right :D)

    That's just it, there's never going to be giant spider shoulders. Those aren't supposed to exist. The head isn't supposed to be a thing either. If you want Swarm Mother, as in, actually want the 2pc set bonus, that's Spindle 1, and completing it on vet is trivial. I don't say that lightly either, but Spindle 1 is a stupidly easy vet dungeon.
