Issue: formed up a pre-made group of players, queued for a random normal, got the message "Someone has declined the invite. You have been placed in the front of the queue." even when we confirmed on voice comms that everyone was accepting the invite.

This occurred on our 4th random dungeon, we'd run three random normal dungeons with no issues beforehand.
