I was on beta for ESO in 2014 and had played on weekend free trials in 2015. My account (ahcaros2) has a status - Trial Access and when I tried to purchase either the gold or the regular tamriel edition through the store I kept on getting an error where it would just send me back to the store front page.
The only resolution I found was to change my account id/e-mail address and create a new one (ahcaros) and purchase it on that. However, I lost the monkey I had from being on beta because of this and I would like it to be transferred over.
I opened a ticket 170213-001513 through web support - account login; but was told that I needed to open a ticket through another place because it was the wrong category. However, I cannot seem to open any ticket for web support for any other categories.
Please help.
