Can't purchase gold/tamriel game

Hi,
I was on beta for ESO in 2014 and had played on weekend free trials in 2015. My account (ahcaros2) has a status - Trial Access and when I tried to purchase either the gold or the regular tamriel edition through the store I kept on getting an error where it would just send me back to the store front page.

The only resolution I found was to change my account id/e-mail address and create a new one (ahcaros) and purchase it on that. However, I lost the monkey I had from being on beta because of this and I would like it to be transferred over.

I opened a ticket 170213-001513 through web support - account login; but was told that I needed to open a ticket through another place because it was the wrong category. However, I cannot seem to open any ticket for web support for any other categories.

Please help.

    If you head to the support page (https://help.elderscrollsonline.com) and click the Web Assistant button on the right side you should be able to log in and work your way through the categories. Note that when you choose the format you're on you can then see a "Log In" option in the tree "Home > Support > Log in > Web Assistant" make sure to do this.

    Annoyingly it seems your issue is an account based issue but there are not "other" options. You might be best filing it under "Billing > I Can't Redeem A Code" as it's the closest I can find category wise.

    Try and add a heading like "Beta Pet Issues" before the body text so anyone who reads it can see the issue right away, and if you get a generic email back then reply asking for it to be looked at again. If you find you're not getting any help within a week or going backwards and forwards with no one listening then post the ticket number here again and hopefully a Dev like Gina or Jessica will be able to pick up the issue.
