Help - Unable to purchase game on new accounts!

I am trying to purchase the game on new accounts, and after 3, the site stopped letting me purchase.

All purchases and attempted purchases were logged in to the appropriate account.

As stated, after the 3rd purchase, the site stopped letting me make purchases

I've tried different credit/debit cards

I've contacted my credit/debit card company and had them check the cards even as I made an another attempt with them on the phone, and they are not getting any hit on their end

Are you buying directly from ZOS or from a 3rd party? Either way, my guess is that they've got some system in place to look for suspicious activity that may indicate that someone is using stolen credit cards to buy a bunch of accounts with the intent of re-selling the accounts later. I'm not saying that's what you're doing (because if you were then you sure wouldn't be drawing attention to it by posting about it here unless you were an idiot), but that kind of thing can and does happen, so this is probably an automated fraud prevention system.

It looks like the site has a 24 buffer between buys.
