[BUG] Templar sacred ground passive procs Reactive set with 100% uptime for the duration of ritual

I don't know if this reported yet but just noticed this.
The snare from passive procs it. This can't be intended because this is the only snare that procs it, not even caltrops does that. Extended Ritual and Restoring Focus are the ones I tested, both proc it. You are handing out 30% damage reduction with 100% uptime to those who wear this set since there is no cooldown on it. This has to be fixed before it goes live.
Sadly i couldn't record video but here is the screenshot. Take a closer look at recount addon in both pics, where combat starts and i heal myself. For the next 12 seconds she has the reactive set effect non-stop. (from 00:00:000 to 00:12:019)

So it's the Sacred Ground Passive doing it, the slow.
That part needs to be in a different passive because no one can use Ritual of Whatever or Channeled without giving all adds/mobs in cast range CC immunity.
Then with bugged Purge which is applying all dots immediately rather than cleansing them, lol - no chance to cleanse dot from Lunar Twins (forget the name, solar something).Edited by Mureel on June 14, 2016 4:23PM0 -

Unlike they said they are going to fix it, it hasn't fixed since the discovery.
I didn't download pts yet but I specifically looked for this bug in patch notes, didn't see any update. Maybe they forgot to write it down there. Can anyone please test it?
