Crafting writs & delivery location bug.

What is with the drop off points for crafting? Blacksmith crafting writs sent me to the same location twice, in Bankorai.
Deliver goods to Belkarth quartermaster. Go to the location on the map, which turns out to be a very small cave with no quartermaster anywhere to be seen.
This happened with both the ebony & quick silver crafting writs.
