sorry but if you don't have the login in issue, you are not in a place to comment and be patronizing. Three days people haven't been able to log in!!! that is unacceptable for any triple AAA title. it should of been top priority. Giving some days back is a pointless gesture, compared by the frustration caused to those who not been able to play. The total lack of response some people had from CS or stone walling that has been going, on a major issue.

please tell me that you are fixing biting jabs with this maintenance.. the delay after biting jabs leaves me unable to do anything for 1.2seconds basically leaving me to die and making my Templar useless. wasted 4 weeks building a char that u made useless overnight.

in regards to the death recap i'd love to see way more info. I don't even know what all i want to see, but the more data i can get out of the things killing me, the more i can put toward learning not to be killed.

there is another thread about it somewhere in this section i believe but damnit if i'm not to tired to look it up.

Brawlers in Riften on the Trial of the Body. I doubt they are supposed to have 12K HP and be harder to kill than most bosses.

Hrm. Those guys aren't ever killed, technically, so I wonder if the same thing would apply to any other quest-related mobs that you just subdue...

I think you are having a different issue - in the one mentioned here the loading screen would flicker and the "helpfull tips" on the bottom screen would change really fast in a continous loop.

Also - after about an hour I think it is safe to assume you most likely won't complete the loading process

The hotfix for the quest "To Walk on Far Shores" is now live on the North American megaserver. We also fixed an issue that was blocking completion of the quest "Thwarting the Aldmeri Dominion." We'll let you know when the hotfix is live on the European megaserver. Thank you!

I'm a mac user and I keep crashing every other hour. Until craglorn, this have been fine believe it or not. I can just log back in. Yes it's annoying and but people don't seems to kick me from dungeons becasue I do ver well as healer.

However, with the trials, I crashed 7 times and there are 11 people waiting for me constantly. On top of that I have to run back all the way to where the raid group is. This takes about five minutes every time. Guild leader has already said that he's sorry but This can't go on. They have to being someone else.

This has been an issue since beta. Sorry but, what the hell are you guys doing over there? I don't have problems with this in wow or gw2 so what's up witht that?

So many fixes, just wish all changes (nerfs) were listed in the patch notes to start with and not have to wait until people unsub THEN get told the truth.

"V1-V10 zones buffed and rolled back"
"Biting jabs internal clock changed from 0.5 seconds to 1.2 seconds, and will get rolled back (next patch, next week) but have its magic cost increased instead"

Also I would love to see them change the 'skill' rules. Any skill changed should = a skill point refund, instead of just the 'ones you want to refund!'

So many have to waste 20-30k to get a skill point refund just to redo skills which have been nerf as their current build no longer works.

On the plus side, its good to see SOME communication now, but I am sure it only cause someone got scared by the large unsub numbers.

Hello Jessica,

I have a VR8 Nightblade in Rivenspire. I'm afraid I don't recall each of the NPCs names, however I am finding a variance in the mobs difficulty randomly. Some, she can take down "easily", and others are near impossible. I have had encounters that killed her within 2-3 seconds. I have also noticed she usually looses over 20% of her health while blocking a power attack. This has occurred many times, not just once. I also have her in 5 medium, 2 heavy, with 2 different crafted set bonuses giving her 200 additional armor, as well as the skill points in Heavy armor increasing that. I should add that all of my weapons and armor are VR8 level and a mix of blue and purple quality crafted with set bonuses.

I'm really not sure how much of it is a broken Nightblade class, or that these monsters are still very much overpowered. I'm leaning more toward the OP NPCs, as stated, some NPCs go down with appropriate effort. One person I was doing the same quest with even commented to me "Wow, you hit hard." But I find not always. Some of these NPCs take minimal damage even after opening with "Surprise Attack IV" (lowering target armor 40%). And she certainly can't take a hit, even when blocking. I should also add that I use the skills Bloodcraze IV (health regen) and Swallow soul IV (siphoning health) and she is still getting crushed regularly.

I wish I could be more specific as I encounter these un-solo-able fights randomly. But I do know, I never had any of these problems prior to 1.2. Once again this is Rivenspire, VR8 Dominion.

I can see even more unsubs coming as they fix quests in the game while people still can't even login or Patch.

I can tell you my finger is hovering over that button with Going on 4 days now and not being able to patch even patch the game and getting.

FOR sure HOTFIX us people that cant even log in to character screen AND before you tell me to /flushdns again, NOTE that I have tried for several different computers and cant log in. But can log in a different account with no problems. HOTFIX now the many many people that has not been able to play ESO since thursday.

After 3 days of searching I discovered which strings in the user settings files were needed to clear up Black Screen after Play issues: The following strings failed to update in the file: Hope these help, just add them to the UserSettings.txt file save.

SET DisableFXPrecaching "1"
SET PreferExclusiveFullscreen "0"
SET RequestedNumJobThreads "0"
SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "0"
SET MonsterTellsEnabled "1"

Just my opinion, but if you've been locked out of your account, or can't play, I'm pretty sure they'll get to you asap, rather than risk losing a subscriber for the next year over 3 or 4 days of gametime? The game they just spent a good 10 years probably developing is having some major issues, and it happened to fall on a holiday weekend.

These people have lives just like any of you. Just because they don't respond to all your messages immediately doesn't mean you're being ignored, or they aren't acknowledging the problem, it probably means they are out trying to fix it, and not talk on the forums and waste time trying to explain things 90% of us wouldn't even understand.

You do realize that it is their job to work on these issues and make their customers happy right? If you or me didn't do our jobs right most likely we would be fired. We also paid money to be able to play the game.

That's why these *** work for a Salary and not hourly....

Honestly, I can 100% say it is not PC related. I'm able to log into my wife's account on the PC I'm not able to log into mine and play the game fine. In fact, I can even be logged in when trying to log into my account.

My assumption is that (since most of the people say they crashed during a port), that the character screen cannot load because we have a character in "limbo" or a wildly invalid location. Like I said though, that's my assumption.

So what catagory would: started after 2 roll backs - log in loading loading ( up to 20 min ) no character screen be?

Wife says your logged in with last character played. Support tickets were sent 5-22, 5-23. Replys I have gotten were not helpful at all.

Wife's account can log into my machine and get in. I can't login on her machine or mine.

So is that low on the needs to get fixed? It's under 301 / Rollbacks / Septima Tharn ( please don't tell me thats a mob, that would make this problem seem even less important )

That's why a lot of ppl , me included asked why is a major patch with new content going live right before any weekend but especially 3 day weekend. Who's the genius that came up with that Idea?????
