Mentoring system. That way if I'm higher level than a friend I can become their level and help fight, do quests, etc Would love to have it how RIFT does, can make yourself any level down to 10 and don't have to be in a group at all. That way you can do quests in any area that you might have missed.

Character Housing, with new PVE for endgame soloers/duo players a close second.

Not overly interested in PVP. Wouldn't mind more group content.

But really - right now the primary issues are bugs and class balance, in my opinion. Fix as much of those things as you can -before- working on new content.

-class reset (like skill or Attribute resets)
-social gear tab (not for outfits, but for each armor slot)
-Mail and chat filters that block out the letters g, o, l, a, d and h, but not necessarily in that order.
-craftable custom spells with obvious limitations, possibly even a separate crafting skill for it.
-companions for hire, i.e. tank, dps, healer, but with better ai than some of the quest npcs that help you.
-randomized quest boards in cities, strongholds etc.. that change everyday and are not repeatable, but offer a large chunk of experience and a chance at a rare item
-LFG/LFT window
-random adventure, like Rift does, where you join an automatically assigned raid group that does random repeatable quests, but very quickly in a scripted fashion.
-jewellery crafting skill line
-Build you own house out of materials found in the world, like hearthfire. it would be a nice twist on player housing.
-dodge given its own timer, instead of being tied to stamina
-crossbow weapon line
-spear weapon line
-unarmed skill/weapon line (punching, kicking, throwing)
-alchemy expanded to match previous ES titles
-customized enchanting (allow for split enchantments)
-armor stat removed from cloth gear entirely, like other elder scrolls games
-shields expanded to have medium (wood) and heavy (smithing).
-summon-able boats to scoot around on water (would still get chewed apart by slaughter fish)
-cannibal skill line (like vamp or ww)

I want to be able to shoot down flying bots.

Any bot/player/character more than 15 feet off the local ground level without a cliff close by should be targetable for loot.

Targeted/looted 'player' has a 15 minute cooldown and needs to relog.

PvP shouldn't be limited to the lag-fest that is Cyrodiil. I really feel like smaller tiered group PvP is missing from ESO, but would be welcomed by many.
