✭Auction HouseAll of the above and 1-9 Skill Bar, but Auction House really needs added.
Commerce in this game is absolutely terrible. There are hundreds of sellers of everything and no buyers. I can't be bothered to spend hours hunting for a buyer just to deal with the annoyance of haggling.
A real Auction House would allow me to click the Banker, and look for Items across my faction and sell items across my faction. The number of items could be limited to 5 per player, with the ability to spend Gold to upgrade to 6-10.
This would make commerce more like "Shopping" and less like a whole bunch of Work.

Character HousingWell, player housing was sort of announced. On their Reddit AUA, they said that they did indeed intend on adding in this feature, but they wanted to do it right. Which I actually appreciate. I'd rather it take a few months, or even a year, if that makes it come out giving me the idea that they actually cared to make it as immersive and expansive as I'm sure we all want. And it seems they do care! So that's the feature I'm looking forward to the most, but all of the options above sound awesome.
An arena where you could spectate fights, and even bet, would be absolutely amazing.1 -

That way if I'm higher level than a friend I can become their level and help fight, do quests, etc Would love to have it how RIFT does, can make yourself any level down to 10 and don't have to be in a group at all. That way you can do quests in any area that you might have missed.2

1) Remove having to be in a guild to sell items to other players at a kiosk.
2) Cosmetic modding for armor and clothing.
3) Difficulty slider.
4) Fully customizable player housing that isn't tied to anything in the game other than having the correct resources and enough gold to build. Don't tie it to PvP, guild membership, or anything at all. Oh, make it instanced so as not to take up world map space, too. Zeni screwed this one up already.
Any /one/ of these things implemented would get me spending again, maybe even subbing.0 -

-companions for hire, i.e. tank, dps, healer, but with better ai than some of the quest npcs that help you.
-randomized quest boards in cities, strongholds etc.. that change everyday and are not repeatable, but offer a large chunk of experience and a chance at a rare item
-LFG/LFT window
-random adventure, like Rift does, where you join an automatically assigned raid group that does random repeatable quests, but very quickly in a scripted fashion.
-jewellery crafting skill line
-Build you own house out of materials found in the world, like hearthfire. it would be a nice twist on player housing.
-dodge given its own timer, instead of being tied to stamina
-crossbow weapon line
-spear weapon line
-unarmed skill/weapon line (punching, kicking, throwing)
-alchemy expanded to match previous ES titles
-customized enchanting (allow for split enchantments)
-armor stat removed from cloth gear entirely, like other elder scrolls games
-shields expanded to have medium (wood) and heavy (smithing).
-summon-able boats to scoot around on water (would still get chewed apart by slaughter fish)
-cannibal skill line (like vamp or ww)

Falmer✭✭✭✭Other (please explain)At this point... more character slots. I am drowning at the moment in the desire to start a new character, but have all 8 slots filled.
There are things they could fix that would allow me use those characters in other ways I suppose. However, currently 3 of my slots I have to keep sync'd with friends in order to play with them. Three others are walled up as crafters and mules for all those materials needed.
