Game launcher is dead, but application file starts the game fine. Should i be worried?

As the title suggests....The launcher comes up and continually loads.....with no end. I can never get to the next 'repair files' screen. I assume I wont be able to update the game unless I fix the launcher problem? Any kind and informed suggestions from the community (since i hold no hope for REAL support from any game company once they get your cash) besides a complete reinstall of the game?

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭What do you mean by dead? Can you click the icon, the launcher comes up but play doesn't work or the launcher crashes? If there are any updates, I am afraid without the launcher you are out of luck.

moloTov✭reinstall what? the whole game? that is what im trying to avoid. is there a way to just reinstall the launcher? I don't see any uninstall exe for just the launcher.0

Why dont u for starts set it up on manual update ? U will see does it work when they get out with new patch.0
