Why does crystal fragments hit so hard?

Hawke✭✭✭✭On death recap I always see crystal fragments hitting around 600 damage, sometimes even more. This screenshot I posted in a different thread shows me getting owned in around 3 seconds after being knocked off my horse.
Now I've chosen a silly choice of doing a full stamina build, but I'm determined to try and make it work, changing around glyphs, experimenting with different set bonuses and that (though not many suit the needs of stamina builds). Right now I've got these stats (thoughts?)
Crystal fragments does more damage than my ultimate (though the ultimate is an aoe, you can't cast it that often)
Is ZOS aware that crystal fragments can hit harder than any stamina ability/take flight, and is this issue (if it's an issue at all) going to be addressed in the near future?
When will stamina builds be buffed?
You cannot get owned in 3 seconds by a single person using Crystal Fragments...
Can you please change that? It adds bad blood for people who do not understand how the game works.
Again i've proven in the other thready ou can. in fact you proved it for me
*sighs* I proved that to get hit by 4 Crystal Fragments it takes at least 8 seconds.... Not 3 seconds.

Reykice✭✭✭✭✭Hard to get wep crit up?
- 21% Medium armor
- 8% Precise wep trait
- 5% Thief stone
- 5% Werewolf set
- 8% Cyrodiil keep bonus
That's 47% wep crit I can think of off the top of my head... not even taking class/wep passives into account!
Add 10% from dual daggers if DW or 5% from bow passive if using a bow...
Also his 3 seconds are a lie, it takes 4 to cast the spells that guy used on him and they only did 1779 damage in 4 seconds, that`s 440 dps...
If you only took 1900 damage how did you get executed? In your Screen Shot you have 3000 HP. Also, why no HP potion, block, magma armor(the most OP skill in the game), reflect spells...
You do know that if you use your DK skill named Reflective Scale you will reflect the Crystal Shard spell back to the caster for 4 seconds... and after 4 seconds you can use Reflective Scale again.... this makes you immune to magic.
A DK has all the tools it needs to survive, its up to the player to use them or not. You clearly decided not to use them so why are you complaining?

If you bothered to read the original post you'll realise the 3000hp one is a different set up from the previous one. And again like i said, i was knocked off the horse so i couldn't do anything, not that i'm complaining about that. It's not a case of "decided not to use them", it's more of " couldn't use them".And anyway this issue is about the strength of crystal fragments so stop going off topic.
