My partner is having issues getting his subscription renewed. There do seem to be a lot of people with the same issues - why cannot the Support Teams put out a message to say what is going on - having the issue is bad enough without not being able to see any reason or work being done - and yes we tried telephoning but the number given in the UK just rings out and neither of my tickets have even had an answer - views ??? or help!!!
