Got error 301 (3:1:1229:90098) on saturday . Reponse from CS is screw you and waiting until maintance. Lost all faith in support from Zenimax and I am fed up with the run around I always get. It is a reason for me to quiet the game
It is a shame cause the game is great!
Over a month ago I had the same issue, therefore I do not understand why this issue was not addressed and fixed already. Is Zenimax not a professional company?

SBR_QuorTek✭✭✭They are a professional company their support is pretty good but at times a bit one sided, they are trying to solve it... but... it persist... it is like the login server is not there... or not responding to our request to log into the game.

broer✭✭Yes it a problem on there side. I can login the NA server on the same pc and account, but European server I get the error

Rusty_Blade✭✭It is a little annoying that the default position is that we must have issues with our PCs and we need to restart with no start up programs etc, must check our routers, all of which have been working just fine for weeks.
Since lots of people are having the same issue at about the same time, it's unlikely to be anything to do with us. I love this game, but if I can't log in then that's it really.
I've read others being able to log into the NA server but not the EU one.0 -
