EU Login Issue

I can't log in to the EU server. I get timeouts or Error 301. I've rebooted and reset the router. I've tried the repeated login attempts suggestion from the NA login issue thread and after 100 or more attempts haven't been able to log in.

I've submitted a bug report hours ago and haven't even had a confirmation email. So am I really going to have to wait until Tuesday after the maintenance? Can I expect to hear anything back from ZOS?

You are not the only one with this problem.I have also submitted a ticket this morning but they couldn't give me a solution so far.

Hmm, I asked around in zones when I saw this. no one said anything about login problems. I tried myself on 2 computers.

No problems. Maybe ISP problem? can you ping the servers?

I have this too on EU server today from the UK - Sky broadband in case that's a factor. I've tried the fix above and it hasn't helped.

I did get a response from CS to my support request which asked me to delete several game setting folders and run a repair on the client but that didn't help at all.

Hi Cogo, I have tried to login many many times and get the same response - error 301 or timeout. I have no other connection problems and get perfect service on browsers netflix and steam. I've rebooted and reset my router also. Is there a published IP address to test pinging the server as you suggest?

I should know this before I said anything of course. I do not know where to ping.

Why I said it, is because in other discussions about lag in Cyrodiil, when I say my play experience dont include lag as long as I dont group in Cyrodiil.

The same person do not believe me and asks for ping resaults, or I am apperently lying.

Gonna search a bit just cause I did mention it for you.

I found how you can check your latency to ESO, but first you need to be in game

301 here. I submitted ticket 140615-002224. Seems same as last time when i got this error. What is the same ? ZOS doesn't have clue. I tried all tricks i could find here on forums but not success. ZOS haven't contacted me coz they are busy. Most probably i will not get refunded for lost time because they didn't do that last time. And now what i do is that i wait for ZOS support immersive email which will bring tranquility back (i love immersion since i cant login on my account ) and then server reset will happen and everything will be solved. I am telling u next time it will be easier coz you will walk well know path.
I just wander why they are bleeding players ....

ZOS support thanks for not contacting me. Obviously we do better without you .

I've tried rebooting PC and router and tried the repeated login attempts, that seem to have worked for others and still not been able to connect.

I'm very disappointed that I still haven't even had an acknowledgement from ZOS.

Error 301 login issue started with the Craglorn patch a month or so ago. It still isn't fixed I'm afraid. You can download the US megaserver version and play on that, it will work fine. The problem will resolve itself when they next restart the megaserver, in EU that's Tuesday at 3am British time.
