Is it possible to change my subscription after its paid?

I went for the 6-months / 180 days subscription and I like to know if I can change my current sub after it has already been paid, I have 140+ days remaining. Since I'm already into the second month of my Subscription, is it possible to change it to 3-months / 90 days and refund the difference?
