After spending all of yesterday afternoon in the dungeon, Razak's Wheel (went through twice as I missed some quest elements), helping others out as I went, I came to the last part of the quest where the little spider is reassembled. Except that it exploded and I didn't receive the reward pet. I went in there specifically for that, and to come out without it after all that time and effort - and deaths - is disappointing to say the least.

I read somewhere that this is a known issue, yet it still remains to be fixed. Can I have my spiderbaby now please? :)

    I think others were encountering this bug as well. I think you just need to send in a ticket and they will mail it to you if I am not mistaken.

    I sent in a bug report from in-game, but not had any spiders in my mail as yet. I could try sending a ticket from the site itself. The bug really does need fixing though.

    I sent in a ticket and they answered it within 10 minutes of me submitting it. I have my spiderbaby yey! :)

    Do a /help instead of a /bug report. They mailed me my spider within a few minutes after I did that. That way it opens a ticket instead of just reporting a bug.

    I had this problem and they got back to me with my spider pet pretty quickly. I was impressed actually. :) I wish the spider pet could be put on the quick menu like the other vanity pets though.

    I'd love an Alik'r Desert goat as a vanity pet. So cute. Plus a cat, of course. ;)
