No, but the rumors about purple provisioning recipes are true.

3 things to reduce stamina/magicka imbalance :
- Use magicka to block abilities costing magicka, instead of stamina.
- Add % damage reduction to heavy armor.
- Add block penetration to 2H.1 -

The demand has gone way Up. I'm VR 7 and have seen a lot of VR12s "come back down" from grinding and are doing quests in VR land again. A lot of them are looking to buy.1 -
Hilgara✭✭✭✭✭Exchanging a full set of purple glyphs for a full set of legendary glyphs will give you a minute stat increase but will cost easily 10 times the cost to buy. Seriously, check the numbers1

Yes, but actually unbelievable, that they used a model to do that Kata, and not someone actually owning a black belt.
At least when I was still training Karate, none of the black-belts positions looked even only slightly similar.
Btw.: Not a single Kuta out of the Hireling until now, but it's only about 4 weeks or so, that I got him. Still like him, because he delivers at least 1 lvl 9 potency + almost 1 Rekuta / d.Noricum
Thx to Giny, Sarana, Thaili, Derra, Cherahim, Gloy, Raweelz and Drimacus, you make the game worth playing even with AoE-caps, no usefull progression past Assault / Support Rank 10, and with PvP being not even close to balanced.

i got 152 runes out of those 1 kuta ( the last one i picked up )
so 2 hours of farming for 1 yellow for me so far.
( and no i wont sell it for 2 k not when it took 2 hours to get it :P )

✭✭✭Wow, your hirelings send you Kuta?! Mine's been at 3/3 for like over a month by now and still has to send me one, must really hate me:( It's only started sending Rekuta after the patch, too, hardly ever sent an Aspect at all before that, never a purple one.
I've also found about 30 Kuta total(maybe actually less) in all my lvl 1-vet 6 journey, and the rate seems to keep for me even with all the rune farming I do. Found 2 in the last week, that's more than in several weeks before that:P

bugulu✭✭✭Demand has exploded since people have been Anomaly farming and more and more people reach veteran rank 12.
The spawn rate is the same (atleast I have not noticed any kind of drop) but since the demand is bigger than the current supply, the price will probably stay this high for a short time.0 -

✭✭I have had the same slow but reliable trickle from both nodes and hirelings throughout this supposed problem so I would say the 'rumour' is mainly about jacking up the price. Once I have finalised my VR12 gear, I shall bank a set for when they increase the level and sell the rest off cheap just to bug the exploiters

✭✭✭✭✭I wondered if it was and was fixed myself. I haven't been able to buy kuta for weeks now but thought maybe just having more high level players (all the grinders that were, and are still even after patch, allowed to grind up to v12 now in craglorn) might have lessened the supply. My biggest concern was that I haven't been able to find one harvesting (and I harvest a lot looking for rune stones) for weeks. I did finally find one just the other day, it was just one, but gave me hope.
Also, 40K is a crazy asking price even if it was/is bugged lol. Let's remember it's not just whether or not it's rare, but how useful it is. If I can just use a Rekuta and have an armor run that does 86 imp stamina instead of 89, that extra three points isn't worth 40K.-- @xaraan --

Food4Thought✭✭✭I have kuta, but not a lot of them. But then again I wouldn't expect to have that many since I am not even in VR yet. As to when I got them ... I honestly don't know. I just gather high end stuff, dump it in my bank with all the other high end stuff I have yet to be able to use in game.0

Reykice✭✭✭✭✭I find some every week depending on luck... i even found 3 in a row, 2 from a heavy sac 1 from harvesting... that said it feels like they decreased the drop rate a bit.
