Does EP & AD have a pet available as a quest reward? If not, why not?

From what I've seen on the forums there is a Toy Spider given as a quest reward in the DC Razak's Wheel Group Challenge. Are there any pet rewards for the other alliance areas?

    In the Veteran content - the same zone as DC, the same quest, but with veteran mobs

    But veteran quest is bugged and didn't gives pet as reward and this wonder-support ignoring me and didn't send pet to me!

    The non-veteran quest is also bugged. My lvl40 didn't get his spider either. :(

    Every zone have something similar, without spoiling it for everyone, I assure you there is. May the Eagle soar way about the Spider's head in peruse of the true Spirits. :o

    I've completed both AD and EP and seen neither, where are they if they exist?

    I've googled "ESO trophies rewards" and didn't find any mention of pets other than Razak's Opus.

    The only thing close to being a pet is a falcon whose origin I can't recall. However it doesn't follow me around -- on activation it just flies away, which is pretty but not very domesticated.

    I want a pet kitty or fennec fox! Those little foxes in Craglorn are adorable.
