I resently got a mail from someone who claimed he/she was a GM. Ofc i understood it was false. But when i report it in game there is a function for add a screeenshot. But you never get an option to select a screenshot from your hardrive.
So how do i know what im adding? And why cant i copy and paste from in game mail?

Regards
Chabi

I can see a perfectly reasonable reason why you can't submit your own screenshots: Photoshop.

That said, not sure why you want to take a screenshot of a mail, using the Report tool I would expect the mail text is included in the report.

Its why i am asking because no mather what kind of report you do.
You dont know what they can se if you add a screenshot.

Ex. lets say you see something you suspect are a bot or goldfarmer out in the open world. You report it and the only thing you see is the name of the account your reporting and what you write.
What if i am turned with my back at the sceen when i add the screen or the one your reporting is running away. You cant see that because your window is populated with the report tools.
Same goes with mail i want to know what i am sending.
Cant be hard for a official to answer this question.

When it says that you can add a screenshot and you check mark the box. A screenshot is automatically taken when you submit it. It does this for bug reports also.

Would be nice to see a copy of what is being sent though, to help make sure its actually working. For all we know at the moment pressing that button does nothing.

The bugreport.jpg is over written every time you say "add a screenshot". So it will always send the one you just took. You can verify this by looking at bugreport.jpg in your screenshot folder. After you report something again go back and look at the .jpg, it has changed to the most current screenshot.
