OK, I realize it is a snarky way to screw with players in tense AOE situations pulling large groups of mobs. Your carefully times Crystal Fragment proc goes sailing past the thing you were pointing directly at and needed to stun to avoid getting CC'd and smacks into a meek little rat sitting 30 meters away watching with idle amusement.
Having to make sure the red outline shows on your target it one thing, but having these non-combat critters' hitboxes being this large is just stupidly ridiculous.
Many a time I have tried to mouse over a player directly in front of me to see what buffs they are using, only to have "snake" "squirrel" or "rat" be all that I am able to find. Then I see this obnoxious little critter wasn't even between me and the player, but 7 METERS OFF TO MY LEFT!
There is absolutely no reason to have these things walking around with hitboxes larger than the average adult male human. Please fix this ZOS, as I am now hearing reports from friends that melee that if there is a rat or other critter nearby, all their melee attacks are missing their target!
