It's a repeatable bug, so I don't think it was just a glitch.
When stuck in the doorway, if you crouch the world goes away, the NPCs and Players are there, but the world is gone, and underground, and if you step backwards you fall off the ledge and fall and fall, your character yelling.
I fell while trying to write a bug report until I got booted offline for "spamming" and when I logged back in, my character was still falling in the void until I /stucked.

LadyDestiny✭✭✭✭✭Don't crouch, just exit and re enter. Works every time for me and I don't fall through the world. Have had it happen several times but only when crouching....lol0 -
EstriddeSoul ShrivenYeh, that happened to me several times yesterday too. I actually fell through the first time. While you can exit and re enter, it'd be better if the problem was just corrected.0

waylander48✭✭I get in by jumping and keep forward key pressed takes a few seconds seems to me like theres some kind of invisible step there as you enter.0

Oevaag_Bur✭✭Hopefully they'll fix it soon. The trick I found gets me around it though is to have my forward key held down as soon as I click on the door (before transition).0 -
WyndStryke✭✭✭I find that if I am on the top step before I enter, it is OK, but if I am on a lower step then I get stuck (presumably my feet are getting stuck below floor level).0
