CtD while assigning skill points to skills/passives - related to 301

I have been 301 locked out twice now. Both times, I had skill points reset (1.1.2 selective refund the first time, paid skill point via faction capital the second) and when I would go back to put them into skills and passives, my client would crash to desktop.
Well, I would log back in and get back to it. I'm already used to CtD when I take attachments from mail my hirelings send me, it's super annoying to log back in after every. single. mail. But after 2 crashes while doing this with skill points, I'll be locked out until server with 301/timeout reset both times.
Anyway, the new problem is that upon server maintenance reboot I can log back in. Yay! But I log in and went back to put skills in and the game crashed. If I crash again, I'll be locked out all weekend according to past practice. I don't particularly want to watch my BF play all week while we are on vacation while I'm over here replaying something on Steam. Double irony points because I bought his copy for him.
I've put in tickets within minutes both times. The first one I got an automated response saying it was escalated then was told a list of generic IT fixes which of course didn't work. I build my own rigs, maintain my network and have been playing mmos for a decade. I know when it is or isn't me.
The lack of response from CS/Dev team, whomever is pretty bad as well. After the list was exhausted, I would receive no more CS responses. This last interaction with the CS folks was better as I actually got responses, but the automated replies and the exact same generic list of IT firewall/router nonsense was pretty disheartening.
tl;dr; Can we get this fixed please? Small subsection of the population being basically ninja-banned from playing between server resets after 1.1.2 due to the game crashing from checking mail and assigning skill points - basic gameplay is pretty unacceptable. If you aren't going to take the logs I email you to find my problem, then don't ask me to send them. Don't ask me to try fixes if I'm not even got to get an answer when I say it doesn't work.

Auric_ESO✭✭✭✭the assigning skill point thing is one I've never heard of before. the crashing to desktop when getting mail from hirelings. By chance do you have whatever key you use for getting your mail from them bound to another function as well. I've heard of that. You can try resetting your keybind back to default and see if it still crashes. When I've heard of this from others its becuase they had the "E" key bound to multiple things like taking mail and jumping etc.

I only have it bound to interact with environment. I basically swapped it with space.
I'd try the reset keyboard, but if I crash at this point, I think I'm 301'd again until Monday maintenance. It's always one, two, done. I'm on vacation for a week, I'm not trying to be locked out like my 4 day Memorial Day weekend!
Edit: I changed the key for assigning skill points and I'm waiting a while between clicks just in case it's like the one NB bug where basically doing too much too fast got you unable to do anything. So far so good. Got racials down, now crafting...Edited by apantoliani on June 12, 2014 4:37PM0 -
Auric_ESO✭✭✭✭It was probably that keybind issue. It fixed a few others so you probably don't have to be so careful but better safe than sorry I guess. Glad you're able to move forward again. I will do. I crashed from mail just now, but I'm not 301'd. I think that's specifically skill points, or at least in my case. Haven't had that happen yet though. Will definitely /bug it.0
