Very slow initialisation screens; universal issue or just me?

I am having issues with initialization screens, like the one after character selection, you get the screen for the particular area your character is in.
Those screens are taking forever to load, the same happens going into dungeons.
Is this just me, or do others have this issue?

catpower✭✭✭I finally gave up on even getting into the game this morning, it would go to character select no problem, but then just hangs loading the character.
Maybe I need to update an add-on or two, this is the first time I've had an infinite loading issue.
Something that I started seeing in April (if i remember right) is out of memory messages. Never saw them before, now I see them all the time. I'm on Windows 8.1 if that matters...0 -
Auric_ESO✭✭✭✭after every patch we see these posts. First thing I reccomend is turning off all addons and repairing. 90% that fixes these types of issues.

There is a dedicated repair option in the launcher. If you have problems turning of addons and running it should be your first actions. Also consider restarting your computer.No addons here. Same issue. Restarting my PC and clearing my system cache seems to have fixed it.

GossiTheDog✭✭✭✭✭NA megaserver? No addons here, it happens to me every time the megaserver is restarted - the character screen takes 5-10 minutes to appear.0 -

I do doubt its an issue with my PC, I have been running ESO since Beta, and I don't have any add on's loading either.
There are no drivers to be updated, and none have been for about a month, so no go there.
I had a look at the repair, over 20 gig to download, you must be joking!
If I have to go through that to fix what is looking more like a server issue, then I will just can it, its only a game.0
