Fixed an issue causing concern-performance client-side and server-in Cyrodiil on both mégaserveurs.
Gameplay and Combat
General
Fixed an issue where support skills appear dimmed on the shortcut bar if you target a neutral creature, like a rabbit or a deer.
War alliances
Assault
Continuous attack: Fixed an issue where weapon damage for this skill does not display correctly on the dash character after a loading screen.
Sorcerer
Infinite fury (evolution of Fury Mage): This skill will make you become the Magic when you wear the fatal blow to an enemy, as expected.
Calling the Storm
Vivacity of lightning: After using Vivacité lightning, the next use within 4 seconds costs 50% more.
Crafts and objects
Enchantment
Adjustment to the amount of inspiration needed for rows 25 and 26 in order to have a more balanced curve between the two rows.
Note: This change will not make you lose a rank, regardless of the decrease suffered by you on this inspiration curve.
Dungeons and groups
Tests
Fixed a problem with treasure chests so they can now be looted by more than one member of the group before disappearing.
Exploration and Objects
General
Fixed an issue where the treasure chests rank Veteran did not provide glyphs Rapture Veteran rank.
Reducing the loss of armor and spell resistance for the set of objects Mage notified bonus.
We slightly reduced the rate of obtaining objects in chests after completing magical abnormalities Raidelorn.

Donation Hircine: you can now attack while you are in the form of a werewolf during this quest.
Imperial infiltration: This quest will disappear over your quest log after discovering three spies.

Lights Meridia: now you will win success if you choose to ally yourself with the warriors.
Walk from the Grim Reaper
Witchcraft division: you will not be blocked (e) if you kill or Einnel Irgun before the owner completes the introduction.

Fixed an issue where some successful quest seemed to have disappeared after updating to version 1.1.2. Data of success were still present and have not been altered, it was only a visual problem with the interface.

Someone needs to get these guys to focus and do things correctly the first time and stop looking like idiots. I would say they were removed because they either were incorrect or incomplete. They are known for not knowing exactly what happens at the time of the updates. My theory is they split up into groups of 5 - 10 people with no cross communication on what they are fixing. Then the day of the patch they turn in their projects. Some groups don't quite make the deadline so they update details on the fly. That or they really just want to see how much attention we are devoting to ESO. If nobody noticed the change, it never happened right? ;-)0
