Or do you have to trade for or purchase them from other players? I ask both as a general question and because of a specific interest. The general question is already stated, so here is the specific interest:

I have 3 pieces of the Soulshine set: the band, the greaves, and the pendant. I've heard that having the curiass and the ring as well allows a templar to get the benefits of this set while still doing a 5 light/2 heavy set-up. I've seen at least a couple of people mentioning it working really well for them. I know that this set drops more often than others that are VR only, and this set is limited strictly to VR6. Yet loot drops scale to your level/rank. So would someone of a higher VR ever see these in loot drops for major bosses like those in Craglorn, or would you need to do VR6 level dungeons or buy/trade them from other players? My impression is that the former wouldn't work (your rank is to high) and that you would need to try the latter.
