Ok, so I saw on a previous thread that they changed firewall settings even though they didn't need to before. When I looked on my firewall program settings, it didn't have elderscrolls listed anymore. I changed that, but when it still didn't work, I went into my Norton security firewall settings. When I changed those settings, I was able to finally log on.
