Game crashing if i enter Cyrodiil or loot hireling mail without changing zones 2 times.

ok i decided to not wait anymore for a fix and point it out, for the past 3 weeks if i loot hireling mail or enter cyrodiil without changing zones 2 times i would recieve a CTD and have to submit an error. this is getting annoying now 
PLEASE REPLY TO ME WITH @dsalter otherwise i'm likely to miss the reply if its not my own thread

For the e-mail attachments make sure your take attachments key is not bound to... I can't remember what it is, just make sure it is its own key. I've read here in the Customer Support forums that when you have it bound to some other command, both on the same key, it'll crash when you try to accept the attachments.He will bring life to the dead, hope to the living, and for him the Gate will open.

oh so if E is the attachment button and E is jump for me, it'll crash?

I think it was having it bound to the same as the jump key, yeah. Like I said, I only read some thread where someone was having the same issue, and then in a follow-up post he said he found the dual-bind had been the culprit. I can't speak as to why zoning twice would cause it to stop the crash, but try changing the key binds around to see if it clears it up. I'd assume you want to keep Jump where it is in the long term, but maybe that is indeed the problem.
Keep in mind, too, that on the e-mail menu itself, where it says "E to accept attachments" (or whatever wording it is), that area is actually a button you can click with your mouse pointer so you can also just click it.

In searching for "attachments crash" it does seem that binding Jump to that same multi-bind key (the E by default) is the problem. Hopefully you can just bind all other E's to something else since you're probably used to Jump being where it is!He will bring life to the dead, hope to the living, and for him the Gate will open.

i'll give that a try next time i'm in game
