ENDLESS FURY does absolutely nothing since 1.1.2

It is a fact that Endless Fury (morph of Mage's Fury) is completely useless and does absolutely nothing since 1.1.2. It is simply a copy of the basic skill without morphing.
Yet this fact is IGNORED.
Not even added to known issues and not listed for 1.1.3 patch.
(The only reason I haven't given up yet is that I like the game otherwise. The only reason I try to fight and inform you that this is indeed absolutely broken in 1.1.2. The only reason I am writing this. I have patience, that is maybe another reason, but there is a limit to everything)
