What happened to my 41 days of game time

I cancelled my sub but had EVERY intention to continue to play with my remaining game time of 41 days (as of me canceling a week ago) to see if they can turn this mess around. Yet my sub was going to be auto renewed as of today...guess what...since it did not auto renew they REMOVED my 34 days of game time I had left.....ZoS [snip] FIX THIS! [snip]

✭But because it didn't renew they removed my remaining game time....that's the issue. Game time I had is now gone because they couldn't take my money. See the nonsense here lol I wasn't going to pay again and see where it went with the remaining time I had left. I love the game just not the issues that are plaguing my experience.0 -

✭I chalked the extra game time up to my reports to customer support for all the issues I have been experiencing. That's the only thing I can think of. There are other people on these forums who also reported seeing 41 days of game time added to their account. I'm just trying to figure out why I can't use them0 -
daim✭✭✭✭✭I doubt it was intentional for them to add 41 days (or even 34 days) of free game time if that's what you're saying. We got +5 extra days after the pre-launch was done because of all the issues. I've heard that some people have received a week or two extra when they have not been able to play at all during that time but 34-41 days ...

dannymcgr81b14_ESO✭✭✭✭That was probably it. There was an error where the time remaining was much higher than it was supposed to be. Back before the game launched my account said I had 30 extra days. It took them a month or so but they finally changed it to what I actually had paid for.0

✭Then that's the problem lol I was under the impression it was given to me after all the complaining I have done due to a horrible experience so far. Wasn't really complaining, just thought it was kind of stupid to give me time only to take it away. Nothing wrong with being pissed that it happened. At least I found out why I got it now lol0
