Vampire passives - any plans to fix it?

Does anyone know if there is a confirmed roadmap to fixing Vampire lines passives?
As in the opposite to what "1.1.2" patch notes says - they are not fixed, e.g. after reloging or dying Ultimate reduction is not applied.

    I am having the same problem, even the health regen reduction cost to vampire stages 2-4 does not work, at stage 4 i have around 18 health regen, normally I have around 80.

    Seriously, they should have fixed this a long time ago.

    Tested with 1.1.4 and still Vampire passives are not working properly :-(

    It's one of the problems which will never be fixed :D They wrote in patch notes that this problem is fixed, so they don't care anymore :D

    But i hope they will fix it. My main character is a vamp, too.

    I have the same problem. The passives are not working - my health regen sits at 14 on stage 4!

    I wouldn't hold my breath. Getting ZoS to fix a bug is just about impossible. They have been aware of this problem since launch and still haven't fixed it.

    The passive to reduce the health regen penalty in stage 4 from 75% to 50% is definitely not working. Ever. No matter what. Period.

    I haven't really tested the other passives like ultimate reduction, because I am too lazy to keep spending 16k to test all the poorly documented morph mechanics. XD
