Payment Keeps Getting Declined

So my game time ran out today and for some reason it keeps declining my payment. I contacted my bank and they are saying everything is fine on my end and in fact they haven't seen any attempt at charges.

Is this a bug?

I went ahead and used a Paypal which worked fine. I don't know why my card didn't work. If it's something you guys can solve that would be great but I just don't want to be billed twice. So maybe it's better if it is left alone

You need to file a ticket before anyone can really help you. You can also try calling but will probably be on hold for an hour or more.

On my first post it says that customer support has been contacted which is really convenient. But I don't mind using my paypal. It's just a strange issue since they didn't even attempt to make a charge to my bank.
