Still getting booted after patch

It does not matter what I am doing, after some time usually 10 or 15 mins. if im lucky I am getting disconnected with the common unknown error.

I have turned off add-on and am still being disconnected. Also between password and character selection am getting 2 to 3 mins. wait times. then after selecting character again getting another load screen before finally getting into game.

Other than load times, I had no issues with the game all day yesterday and that's with add-ons enabled. Then last night this all started and has not stop.

It's happening to me too and our 12 man's keep getting DC'd as well its server wide or at least in Cyradil

Hey, @ebuntsb14_ESO. Do you mind replying here with what server you're playing on, what area you're in (Rivenspire, Greenshade, etc.), and attaching your game consultant file? We'd be happy to send it along to our Support Team so that they can take a look at why you might be getting disconnected.

Same for me, after playing for 10 to 20 minutes I find I can't access things in the game. Like I was on a Fighters guild quest with Aleif and could not enter the ruins with her. Tried to log out and got the disconnect unknown error.

Like I said this happens every 10 to 20 minutes and before todays patch I have had zero disconnect problems.

I play on NA server....

Not really feeling all the confident attaching my game consultant file here as it has my IP address, if you need it then send me an email I can send it to with more security then this forum provides.

Try moving to or from cyrodiil and see if that helps. For some reason that has seemed to help me when this problem starts up. Possibly just a coincidence but maybe not!

Im on NA server. Its happens in several zones and across factions as well.

I have managed to resolve the issue, atleast for now. Seems there was an issue with the modem. Caused the connection to internet to drop and resetting modem seems to have resolved the issue.
